A certified Vidimus Agent visits for you. Not the seller's agent.
They follow a step-by-step checklist, film everything, ask your questions, and report back here within 24 hours of the visit. €55, or €95 for an in-depth visit; nothing until it's confirmed.
Know someone local who'd make a good Vidimus Agent? Send them here.
